There are so many things that we love about living up here... but one towers above the rest! Easy access to great trout fishing. When Ryan has the itch for fishing (which is pretty frequent), we drive 10 minutes down the road and hike 5 more down to the river and voila, big trout in beautiful water.

So, today, in Columbia, I saw this gigantic cow, and, while enjoying the view of the new WalMart across the street, I ventured to take it all in by making several mental notes regarding the mercilessly innumerable brown spots on the back of this delightful bovine. Wish you could've been there...both of you.
