O Christmas Tree

Today we drove up to Roosevelt National Forest with our close friends, Greg & Libby, to cut down our Christmas tree... while we were at it, we decided to get a pic with good ol' Smokey the Bear.

Dinner Party for Nicole

Saturday was an amazing night! Brianna, Libby, & I (with the help of Cindy, Cherie, Jenny, Tera, & Amy) hosted a small dinner party for Nicole to celebrate the coming arrival of little Magnolia "Nola" Ruth Roloff. We had so much fun putting everything together and it really came together beautifully. We enjoyed an amazing dinner together under the twinkle lights. Then we moved inside for presents & dessert! It was really special to be together! We can't wait for Nola to arrive!

Mixing Work with Pleasure

Last weekend Ryan & I photographed Erin & Jeremy's wedding in Georgetown. We always have a blast photographing together but this wedding was especially fun - Ryan quickly labeled it "the best wedding ever!!" Not only were Erin, Jeremy, & the wedding party a complete blast to work with, our close friends Jon & Brianna and Katie & Tim were guests at the wedding. After the festivities, we stayed around for a bit to catch up. Katie & Tim now live in Tacoma, WA where Tim is going to school, but we hope to lure them back to Fort Collins soon!

Tifah & Reid's Wedding

Tifah & I have been steadfast friends since Jr. High School. She introduced Ryan & I and was bridesmaid in our wedding 4 years ago. This past weekend I was honored to stand up for her as she & Reid took their vows! It was a packed weekend of sewing, flower arranging, and the occasional game of "Name this 80's hit/movie theme song." It was so fun to celebrate with everyone!Although being in the wedding relieved me of my photographer duties, I was elated when Tifah asked if I would tag along with their photographer Ryan Booth to take photos of her & Reid after the ceremony. The reception was at the Louisville Park... dancing, lots of laughs, and catering by Chick-fil-A! Amazing!What a great time!! I am so happy for Tifah! I honestly couldn't have hand-picked a better guy for her! Reid is so great! Both of them, along with Dann Stockton, make up the band The Autumn Film. Their sound is amazing! Larimer Cup supporting Restoration Now

This year's United Way Larimer Cup supported Restoration Now!!! It was an eventful & fun day at the Fort Collins Country Club. About four holes into the tournament it began to lightning & hail with 2 tornadoes touching down in Fort Collins! But the weather cleared up and it turned into a beautiful day. I was the "official" photographer and took pictures of the teams. Ryan played on a team with Bruce, our pastor Scott Lowe, & friend Jay Seier. Overall the tournament was a great success and brought in some much needed funds to support Josh & Nicole's vision for Restoration Now. Meet Ila Jane

Courtney Visits

My sweet friend Courtney flew up from Austin to visit Tifah & I last week. The 3 of us grew-up together and have been close friends since middle school. It was so special to all be together again. We spent some time in Boulder and then Courtney came up to Fort Collins for a couple days. The greatest part about this trip was knowing that we will be together again in 3 months... Tifah & Reid are getting married!
