The past couple days we have been hosting the Jenkins Family Reunion at the Ranch! It was so great to see everyone and catch up. Ryan's grandparents, Don & Phyllis, are considering a couple of retirement homes in the area. We would love to have them closer and are really excited about the possibilty of seeing them more frequently. 
Don't you love it when birthdays last all week! We started celebrating Nicole's birthday a week and a half ago and celebrated for days on end! Ryan & I made grilled kabobs and chicken and Cherie - our family baker - made the most amazing flourless chocolate cake with raspberry sauce!! It was ridiculous!
Last weekend Ryan Campbell came up from Austin to visit us! He is more than a good friend - he is family! It was great to see him. We had fun introducing him & his girlfriend Jamie to Fort Collins and the ranch.
Uma liked the ranch, too!
Most of you know that there are few things that I like more than cactus. They were all over Austin and I thought that I was saying goodbye when we moved up here in October. But all of my assumptions were put to rest when we moved up to the ranch and they were everywhere. And now they are blooming like crazy.
