It's been bitter cold lately! The Subaru clocked a record -17 degrees on Tuesday! This is Colorado, not the Arctic! Despite our better judgment, Ryan & I ventured outside for some snowy pics. Brrrrrr....

Nathan's Senior Portraits
My sweet brother, Nathan, was in town this weekend for a CSU college visit. He is a senior this year and will be attending CSU next fall. I can barely contain my excitement! We have lived in different cities for almost 10 years now and I am really looking forward to having him close by again. I love him more than words can explain!

Ollie is "Free"!
Last night we celebrated Ollie's 3rd birthday! It was a very entertaining night full of presents, cake, and laughs! The highlights included Ollie "holding" baby Sam, a very sweet birthday hug with mama & dada, and the rare appearance of the Ollie dance. Ollie's great-grandparents, who recently moved to Fort Collins, happily joined in on the celebration! I must say.. we are truly blessed to live in a place that draws our family like moths to a flame. If you're not here yet... beware! Fort Collins seems to have a irresistible attraction.
Dinner Party for Nicole
Saturday was an amazing night! Brianna, Libby, & I (with the help of Cindy, Cherie, Jenny, Tera, & Amy) hosted a small dinner party for Nicole to celebrate the coming arrival of little Magnolia "Nola" Ruth Roloff. We had so much fun putting everything together and it really came together beautifully. We enjoyed an amazing dinner together under the twinkle lights. Then we moved inside for presents & dessert! It was really special to be together! We can't wait for Nola to arrive!

Date Night
It finally happened! We've been talking to Jolly & Cherie about having a date night for a while now. And not just any date night. . . we wanted to pull out all the stops. We got all fancied up & drove down to Boulder to have dinner at The Med, a Mediterranean restaurant with food so good it will change your life. Then we took pics in an alley around Pearl Street. Which was amazing and very entertaining! With cheesy grins, super hero poses, and a some mad air guitar. . . it was a night to remember! Special thanks to Tommy the Tripod for making this all possible.

Meeting Beckett
Last weekend Ryan's cousins came out to Colorado for work and were able to stay with us for 5 nights! We were so excited to see them... but we were most excited to meet Brett & Brandi's newest addition - one month old, Beckett Charles Arndt. The name Beckett means "one who dwells by the brook." We were honored tag along for Beckett's very first fishing trip.

Tifah & Reid's Wedding
Tifah & I have been steadfast friends since Jr. High School. She introduced Ryan & I and was bridesmaid in our wedding 4 years ago. This past weekend I was honored to stand up for her as she & Reid took their vows! It was a packed weekend of sewing, flower arranging, and the occasional game of "Name this 80's hit/movie theme song." It was so fun to celebrate with everyone!Although being in the wedding relieved me of my photographer duties, I was elated when Tifah asked if I would tag along with their photographer Ryan Booth to take photos of her & Reid after the ceremony.

The reception was at the Louisville Park... dancing, lots of laughs, and catering by Chick-fil-A! Amazing! What a great time!! I am so happy for Tifah! I honestly couldn't have hand-picked a better guy for her! Reid is so great! Both of them, along with Dann Stockton, make up the band The Autumn Film. Their sound is amazing!
